Wrong councillor or out-of-date details

Councillor details come from the Royal Borough of Greenwich's published information. If something has changed after a by-election or a change of party, let us know and we'll update it.

My postcode isn't recognised

The app only covers postcodes in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Very new postcodes can take a few weeks to appear in the lookup service. If yours is in the borough and still isn't found, email us.

Change or remove a business listing

Email us from the address you listed with and say what you'd like changed. Removals are done within a few days.

My Greenwich+ purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com. If Plus isn't showing on your listing, email us and we'll check.
